The dinner menu for the event includes:

• Pan-seared chicken breast in a velvety white wine and garlic cream sauce, finished with fresh thyme and a touch of parmesan
• Spiral carved ham with brown sugar glaze and dijon mustard on the side
• Mixed greens salad with sliced pears, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, feta, honey mustard vinaigrette dressing
• Roasted garlic broccolini
• Yukon gold mashed potatoes with gravy on the side
• Vegan Vegetable Wellington. A flaky golden puff pastry filled with a savory blend of roasted root vegetables, sauteed mushrooms, lentils, caramleized onions, fresh herbs, and a hint of Dijon mustard. Served with vegan gravy. 
• Vegan Mushroom Strudel. Mushroom Duxelle wrapped in Phyllo Dough with Chive Pesto
• Children's menu includes hand breaded chicken tenders, macaroni & cheese and a fruit cup
• Dessert Station includes assorted pastries, mint cookies, brownies, vegan brownies, and hot chocolate
