Learn why monarchs migrate 2,000 miles each autumn, and how they survive the journey. Receive your own tagged monarch for release in the estate’s gardens. This program will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025, with Fran LeMasters, owner of All a Flutter Butterflies. Choose one time slot upon registration: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., or 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The program is open to all ages. An adult must register and stay with any minor. Registration can be completed at www.StanHywet.org or by calling 330-836-5533. The cost of the program is $12/member adult and $9/member youth, or $27/nonmember adult and $16/nonmember youth. Price includes one tagged butterfly to release with a certificate of participation and a self-guided grounds tour.
